Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must remain unused.

• Items should be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

• A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.

 

Please note:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

We cannot accept returns for sale items, made-to-order products, or any personalised or bespoke items.

Refund Process

 

Once we receive and assess your return, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within three working days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

 

If your refund has not appeared after this period, we suggest:

• Checking your bank account for any incoming transactions.

• Contacting your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

• Consulting your bank regarding any delays in processing.

Exchanges

 

Exchanges are available only for items that are faulty or damaged. If you require an exchange, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. In cases where a refund is issued, any original shipping charges or return shipping fees may be deducted from the total refund amount.
